L-320 Alkaline Metal Cleaner
L-320 is an alkaline cleaning system formulated to penetrate, lift and suspend a wide range of oils and particulate from ferrous metals. Its versatility allows the operator more flexibility with solution concentration and is especially good at dispersing particulate type soils and metallic fines. Its application includes use in spray application parts washers, soak tanks, and ultra-sonic cleaning operations.

Usage and Dilution Instructions
Usage range varies from 1 to 12 ounces per gallon. Commonly it is used at 5 to 6 ounces per gallon of water. Cleaning solution temperatures should be maintained between 120° and 160° F.
Handling & Storage
This is a highly alkaline product containing Potassium Hydroxide. Use good industrial hygiene practices such as wearing chemical safety goggles, rubber gloves, impermeable apron, and rubber boots as necessary to avoid personal contact with this product. In case of contact, flush eyes and/or skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Consult physician and remove contaminated clothing promptly. Store product in tightly closed containers between 50° and 85° F. Rotate stock. When stored as stated above, shelf life is a minimum of 2 years.
