Parts Washing Compounds

FOR USE IN:

Drum and belt washers, cabinet washers, soak tanks, ultrasonics, and turbo washers. Compatible with all OEM machines.

SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR:

Degreasing, derusting, impingement cleaning, scale and smut removal, particulate removal, and rust inhibiting

SOILS:

Stamping coolants and oils, cutting and machining oils, grease, stamping smut, carbonaceous scale, metallic fines, oxidation, and rust.

TYPES OF COMPOUNDS:

Alkaline, neutral, acidic, silicated, and non-silicated. In both liquid and powder.

Mass Finishing Compounds

FOR USE IN:

Rotary barrels, vibratory bowls, centrifugal barrels, and disk machines, and tumbling machines. Compatible with all OEM machines

SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR:

Cleaning and deburring, ball burnishing, cut down, derusting, radiusing, brightening, surface improvement, discoloration and oxide removal, abrasive finishing, and rust inhibiting.

SOILS:

Stamping coolants and oils, cutting oils, grease, metallic fines, carbonaceous scale, rust, and oxidation.

TYPES OF COMPOUNDS:

Moderate-to high-alkaline cleaning and deburring, high-alkaline derusting, neutral cleaning, finishing and inhibiting, acidic ball burnishing, abrasive powder, and derusting, in both liquid and powder.
