MHD Abrasive Compound
MHD is a multi-purpose abrasive compound containing silica, aluminum oxide, and other polishing agents. Blended into this compound is an alkaline detergent system, which not only loosens and suspends soils, but also keeps media clean and prevents impingement. It also contains inhibitors which help prevent oxidation.

Usage and Dilution Instructions
Usage will vary greatly depending on nature of parts, amount of water used, time requirements, finish desired, equipment employed, media used (if any), and other physical properties related to process. Consult your sales representative for recommendations specific to your operation.
Handling & Storage
This product poses no fire hazards. Use good industrial hygiene practices such as wearing chemical safety goggles, rubber gloves, impermeable apron, rubber boots and other protective measures as necessary to prevent personal contact with product. NIOSH approved respirator should be worn if TLV exceeds recommended levels for crystalline silica contained in this product. in case of eye contact, flush eyes with plenty of water for 15 minutes and consult physician. In case of skin contact flush with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse. Store in properly labeled containers in a cool dry place and rotate stock. When stored as stated above, shelf life is a minimum of 2 years.
