Usage and Dilution Instructions
Variables such as nature of alloy, how the part is handled before and after inhibiting, storage conditions, humidity, and cleanliness will effect how long parts are protected.
Usage ranges from a minimum of 1/4 percent solutions of 900b in water, to a maximum 2 percent 900b in water. Solution temperature should be maintained between 70E and 160E F. Inhibitor solution should be monitored by means of titration, making adds and changing periodically to insure proper concentrations. It is recommended that parts be air dried before packing into boxes or dunnage containers.
Handling & Storage
This product poses no fire hazards. Use good industrial hygiene practices such a wearing chemical safety goggles, rubber gloves and impermeable apron as necessary to prevent personal contact. If eye contact occurs, flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and consult physician. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water, removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Store in original tightly closed container between 45E and 85EF. When stored as above, shelf life is a minimum of 2 years.
