Usage and Dilution Instructions
Variables such as nature of alloy, how the part is handled before and after inhibiting, storage conditions, humidity, and cleanliness will effect how long parts are protected.
Usage ranges from a minimum of 1/4 percent solutions of 900b in water, to a maximum 2 percent 900b in water. Solution temperature should be maintained between 70E and 160E F. Inhibitor solution should be monitored by means of titration, making adds and changing periodically to insure proper concentrations. It is recommended that parts be air dried before packing into boxes or dunnage containers.
