LB-710 is a moderately acidic finishing compound formulated especially to be used with ceramic or other man made media in vibratory finishing operations. It gives fast color and deep reflective finishes even when subject to moderate oil or carbonaceous soils, scale or smut. LB-710 also can be used with appropriate media to achieve fast cut downs for specific situations. This product may be used on a wide variety of metals including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, zinc, and brass.

Usage and Dilution Instructions
For most conditions, use 1/2 to 1 ounce per gallon of water. The water flow rate that is normally recommended is 2 gallons per hour per cubic foot of mass in the machine. For example a 20 cubic foot machine would use 40 gallons of water per hour. This product was formulated to protect steel media overnight or over the weekend. If the machine isn't going to be used for longer periods, it is recommended that an additional inhibitor such as our MP-222 or 50-R be used to provide longer term protection. LB-710 contains no harsh ingredients.
Handling & Storage
This product does not pose any fire hazards. Use good industrial hygiene practices such a wearing chemical safety goggles to protect eyes, rubber gloves and impermeable apron to protect sensitive skin. If eye contact occurs, flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and consult physician. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water, removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Store product in tightly closed containers between 50° and 85° F. Rotate stock. When stored as stated above, shelf life is a minimum of 2 years.
