L-590 is a highly concentrated cleaning formulation specifically intended for use in automated cleaning applications. It was specifically formulated for removing grease, oil, scale, and smut from ferrous metal surfaces. This product combines potent wetting and water conditioning agents with an alkaline build to work effectively under extremely heavy soil conditions. Specially formulated to provide interim process rust inhibition, reduce spotting and greatly reduce scale build up in machines.

This product is intended for use in automated spray or soak application parts washers. Solution concentrations should be maintained between 5 and 16 ounces per gallon of water. Cleaning solution temperatures should be maintained between 120° and 170° F. Periodic adds of 1 to 2 ounces per gallon should be made to extend cleaning solution life. Usage may vary depending on soil load, nature of parts, equipment design, time requirements and other physical properties related to the process.
