Usage and Dilution Instructions
Normal dilution range is from 1 to 4 ounces per gallon of water. If parts are oily or excessively dirty, they should first be degreased in alkaline cleaner. Care should be taken to determine cycle time requirements and concentration to be used, which will vary depending on nature of parts, amount of rust or scale on parts, and finish desired. Parts would normally be neutralized in an alkaline product or other inhibitor after being descaled in order to prevent further scaling or rusting.
Handling & Storage
This is a highly acidic product. It forms dilute sulfuric acid when dissolved in water. Use good industrial hygiene practices such as wearing chemical safety goggles, face shield, rubber gloves, impermeable apron, and boots as necessary to prevent personal contact. Store in a cool dry place in a properly labeled closed container When stored as above, shelf life is a minimum of 2 years.
