660 Spray Wash
Our 660 Spray Wash Compound is a heavy duty aluminum cleaner. It was formulated to remove oily soils from aluminum and ferrous metals using spray application parts washers. This low foaming cleaner was originally developed to clean aluminum castings in the automotive rebuilding industry. It is often recommended where heavily soils are present and/or both steel and aluminum parts are cleaned in the same machine.

Usage and Dilution Instructions
Use 4 to 8 ounces per gallon of water. Maintain solution temperatures of 120° to 160° F. Higher temperatures may darken or pit aluminum. Periodic adds of 1 to 2 ounces per gallon may be made to extend cleaning solution life and maintain low foaming characteristics.
Handling & Storage
This is a highly alkaline product. Use good industrial hygiene practices such as wearing chemical safety goggles, rubber gloves, impermeable apron, and other appropriate protective clothing to prevent contact. Wash thoroughly after handing. In case of contact with skin, flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes. Contact a physician if irritation develops. For eye contact, flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, and consult a physician. Store in cool dry place to help prevent caking and rotate stock. When stored as above, shelf life is a minimum of 2 years.
